Awesome Thai food at an amazing price. The owners are super friendly fun locals that make you feel like you're having dinner at their home. Thai Dishes has their flavors down pat! We tried the Panang Curry with Tofu and it was excellent. The Garlic Pepper with Tofu is addictive. Highly recommend dining in, or ordering it to take out! My favorite Thai place in Redondo Beach.

My partner and I were visiting from Texas for my jiujitsu tournament. After a long day of grappling, all my heart desires is Thai food. We googled places and happily walked to this delightful hole in the wall sort of place. It is exquisite. The best Thai food I’ve ever had in my life and I am quite a picky eater. I’ve been a personal chef for many years, and I am an avid foodie. This is authentic, delicious, and affordable. California is about 5-7 dollars more expensive on meals, but this place is absolute perfection without the crazy price tag. The owner was delightful and hospitable. He spoke with us our visit, and really made it such a unique and enjoyable experience. I love meeting new people and trying new food. The ONLY regret I have at this restaurant is not taking some Togo for me to eat on the plane 😂. 15/10. Order it now. We will come back to visit family and my first stop will be this wonderful place.

I would of took more photos but everything we got looked so delicious we just ate it right away! This was my Duck salad and It was amazing 👏 😋 we also got a spicy beef salad the shrimp thai and for dessert sticky rice with mango. There's no picture of the sticky rice with mango because it was devoured upon arrival but it was amazing! It was our first time here but we are coming back! It was clean and there was plenty of parking and no crazy wait ,friendly staff 5/5

The lunch specials were varied and plentiful! This will be a regular stop for lunch going forward! You can select the heat level for each dish. The flavors and portion size was perfect as well. You get an egg roll and delicious soup in addition to your dish and rice!We were both very happy!

Edit: They are closed till July 2026, they took the month of June for vacation! Good for them miss my soup lol There are so many amazing things about this place, it is truly special. My husband grew up in Manhattan/Redondo Beach and has ate at both locations since childhood. We rediscovered in a recent search for soup one day about two months ago and I have not been the same since. I am obsessed. While we have had a variety of dishes, and they are all super amazing, the first I want to personally highlight is the coconut chicken soup. I say it first because not only is it absolutely phenomenal taste wise (I like to get an extra side of broth only to sip on in the morning), the health benefits for someone like me, who struggles with gut and digestive issues, the galangal and like leaf pair with the amazing broth and slight spice from the chili is SO healing. That is partially why I get the extra broth so often, having it in the morning has been life changing. I’ve been able to eat a lot more and the last couple of years, that has been a struggle for me. This soup is a gift from heaven, for real. We also really love the Massan (Muslim) Curry. The way these owners prepare their ingredients is such perfection. The peanuts are so perfectly boiled and cooked, and the sauce is to die for. My husband always jokes we should just get two because he essentially eats the entire thing in five minutes or less. I’m lucky to get a bite in. I also recommend adding extra peanuts. It’s an up charge but they are divine. Any. Chicken. Dish. And I don’t say that lightly at all. I have serious issues with texture when it comes to eating, despite having an extensive taste palate…I don’t enjoy chewy textures or fat. The way these owners prepare chicken is prepared: cleaned, tenderized, cut, cooked…I have not got a “bad bite” as I call it when I get something too chewy for my liking. We were staying next door while down from Canada. The food here is top notch and the cost can not be beat. 3 meals (one was just rice because; kids are difficult) for under $50 is hard to say no to. The owner is a sweetheart and made sure we had a great experience, even joking around with us. A must try spot.

Great homely place with really good food, huuuge portions and unbeatable prices. Service can be a bit slow as it seems to be ran by one family but I don’t mind as it feels personal and warm. Interior unpretentious and spacious.

We have been coming to Thai Dishes location forever and this place is real deal, great quality, down home Thai food with great portions and reasonable prices. The seafood soup is just packed with seafood, the bbq chicken and ribs are dinosaur size and delish.. from curry to noodles and all the entrees everything is made fresh to order and tastes very fresh. The dishes tend to run a little on the spicey side which we prefer. The location is on PCH attached to a small hotel.. so there is free parking you just have to pay attention because it can sneak up on you. This is a family run small business and the service makes you feel like every dish and every customer is important. Having eaten here countless times it is a very reliable and consistently good food. There are many many Thai food choices in the area but Thai Dishes keeps us coming back.. no frills old school spot with the good stuff.
